Who will be King of the Clock 2010?

The Ernie Greenhalgh Lightning Championship for 2010 was a Grand Prix cycle of five, 9 round tournaments through the year, with a players best 3 scores deciding the title.
Going into the last tournament, Patrick Cook and Jamie Brotheridge were the only 2 players in contention. Patrick had a slender 1 point lead with scores of 81/2, 81/2, and 8. Jamie, with 81/2, 8, and 71/2, could snatch the title with a 9/9 score, or share the title with 81/2 if Patrick had an off night. He came agonizingly close after Patrick did indeed have an off night, scoring 61/2. Jamie scored 8, conceding draws to Patrick! and Rod Jacobs to fall just ½ point short, so Patrick won the title and $75 book prize.
